Post Finding average of top 70% of the values

Hi,

I have a set of 1000 values in a column 7 i want to find the avg of top 70% of population.

eg If the nos are like
1000
400
300
10
50
30
100
200

so the top 70% of nos are 1000,400,300,100,200. & get the average.

Similarly the avg of bottom 70% of the population.
