Question how to link horizontal data to vertical cells in a new sheet

please help.

how do i link horizontal data in sheet: LAYOUT ... row starting from C2 right across.
to vertical cells in a new sheet: SLOTS coloured red but linking the two cells.

which function do i use.

=INDIRECT("LAYOUT!"&ADDRESS(2,ROW()+1))

copy down
