Default League Tables

I run Table Tennis leagues for our local youth club. I need it to be run on
Excel. I can create a tabble the gives you scores, and positions and print
them off, with charts and percentages. What I want to find out is there a
way, in which it will print, or display the league tables, each so you do
not end up with 2 people playing each other in say a 5 or six week period. Is
this possible or do I need to sit wih masses of cut paper?
