![]() I have a spreadsheet that contains references to 400 Approx items. I also have a generic word document that I need to input the 400 references into....with me so far ? Is there any way that I can get the cell contents into a new word document(derived from the generic) and end up with 400 new documents complete with individual references ? Please say yes . Any suggestions would be appreciated. -- Davy L ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Davy L's Profile: http://www.excelforum.com/member.php...o&userid=26995 View this thread: http://www.excelforum.com/showthread...hreadid=402007 |

It sounds like a pretty straightforward mail merge. Look up the help
for that in Word and see if it answers your questions ... or just leads to more questions. |
