Default Internal Database Query

I have a document where there is a master information tab that feeds a
number of language specific tabs. I used the Import External DataNew
Database Query tool to establish a number of SQL Queries to the master
information tab, but it seems to use the entire file path, so if I send
the file to anyone else they can't get the data to refresh. Is there a
way to avoid this problem? Is there another way of accomplishing this
without that SQL Query?

Basically I need to populate a column on the language tab with the
names of any products (Column A on the master information tab) if there
is a specific value (HO) in the appropriate language column (Column B on
the master information tab).

Thanks for your help,
Doug
