I have a large spreadsheet with subtotals for each distinctive change, I
would like to pull all subtotals and place them on a new spreadsheet, without having to copy spreadsheet and then deleting all my cells |

What exactly do you mean by 'pull'? Do you want to remove them from one
worksheet and put them in another, as values or as formulas? Do you want to establish a link to them? Do you want the current values only?
