I am trying to set up a template which should pick up value from work sheet
every month . I am using vlookup function to pick the value but i want to
retain the value every month and the next month should again pick the value
for next month. how to retain the past month values. I dont want use paste
value function

for e.g.

Jan'05 Feb'05 Mar'05 June'05
Sales
cost
employee costs
advertisments
overheads
