Use the condition part of the formula within conditional formatting.
Select the cells Menu FormatConditionalFormatting Change Condition 1 to Formula Is Add the formula, such as A210 Click Format Select Pattern Pick a colour Exit -- HTH RP (remove nothere from the email address if mailing direct) "alesia" wrote in message ...
