![]() Use the sumif function. =Sumif(B8:B42, "Glacier Inc.", C8:C42) this will total all the cells in C8:C42 that have "Glacier Inc." in the same row in column B. (You can, of course, refer to the cell that has the company name in it in your other sheet for the second parameter.) You may also want to consider using a ComboBox control to force your users to enter a correct company name (you can link the ComboBox to the list of companies on your second worksheet.)
