The description of your problem is a little terse. First, do you mean a
regression equation with multiple predictor variables? Then, functions such as LINEST might be appropriate. Or second, with multiple outcome variables? In that case, you'll have to code your own Householder macro, although the Householder/Ortega/Wilkinson code (which rips, BTW) in VBA is Web-available -- at least, it used to be.
