How do I get the color format to follow the data when referencing.

I'm starting a workbook that shares data between all the sheets in order to
help store parts in inventory. My problem is in the fact that I need the
color in the cell to be references as well as the data and I can't seem to
figure out how to do this. Any help would be appreciated.
