I have the following problem:
In sheet 1 I have : Column A party codes (Customers) Coloumn B Bill number Coloumn C Bill dates Coloumn D Material code (i.e. different materials sold against the mentioned bill) Coloumn E Quantity of materials ( i.e. number of cartons sold of a material against a mentioned bill) The same material a party can buy many times against a specific bill. I need to summarise the data in another sheet (sheet 2) in which : Coloumn A Will be the material code Coloumn B Will be the quantity of material sold against each code to each party. Row 1 will be the customer codes across coloumns, thus coloumn B will one customer, coloumn c will be another customer and so on. That is I want to summarise the data a total quantity of " Z " of material " X " bought by a party " Y " Kindly help, I have been pursuing this for long but unable to come out with a fool proof formula |
