I ve multiple columns (20 columns) and I wanna use look up function to return
a value from the first column from the same position in each column without
ordering each one . Do you know a quick easy way to do it?

Default

Put this formula in a cell and copy 20 columns to the right

=VLOOKUP($A1,Sheet2!$B$2:$U$200,COLUMN(A:A),0)

adapt to fit your real ranges
