Did that, no avail. #NAME? error

Here's my worksheet looks like :


Date (cell A1)

8/9/2005 (cell A3, DATE format MM/DD/YYY)
8/10/2005 (cell A4, same DATE format as above)

If at cell C3 and C4 I want to display same date, but with TEXT format,
above formula won't work.

Any idea why ?
