Hi,
I'm currently working on the following: Cel A1 says "3456 AA Utrecht ERDS". I want to split this into 1. 3456 AA 2. Utrecht 3. Old Is there a formula for splitting cel A1 into these 3 parts. If Yes...Is this formula also working when cel A2 says "3455 DF Amsterdam ERDSERTR" thx |

Hello,
Try having a look at the LEFT, MID & RIGHT Excel worksheet functions. Or you could use Text to Columns (from the Data menu) to seperate the data into individual cells (my preferred method generally) as to provide a higher level of manipulation. -- Regards, Zack Barresse, aka firefytr "peter" wrote in message ... Thank Zack for your reaction,
But I have to make one formula that does it all. No matter what size the content is. Bye "Zack Barresse" wrote: Hello, Try having a look at the LEFT, MID & RIGHT Excel worksheet functions.
