I have post my question yesterday, seem there is no solution?? Is there
anybody can give me some alternative way to do it, will be greatly appreciate.

my problem is

Is there anyway to count the cell with bolded text (the text is bolded by
conditional format), the criteria is
1- $A1=" " format text to bold
2- $A1=1 format text to color "blue" & "italic"
3- $A1="xx" format text to color "red" & "italic"

will show:-

A B C D...
1 " " P1 P2 (bolded text by CF)
2 " " S1 (bolded text by CF)
3 1 x1

count: 2 1
