What formula do I use to show a negative percentage. Example:

Column 1 column 2 column 3

0 5 -%

if what you want is what percent of column 2 is column 1
=A1/B1 and format column 3 as percent
If one is a negative the result will be negative

I think what you want is more complex than this but we need more information
on what you want to do before we can help you.
