Hello,
I have the problem, that I can't access to text-element nodes in Excel, when the element has furthermore subsequent element nodes. For example, I have an XML-file like this: <?xml version = "1.0"? <root <lev1L1_Text<lev2L2_Text<lev3L3_Text</lev3 </lev2 </lev1 </root Now, I'm going to load my XML-data into Excel via the function "Data - XML - XML-Source..." = the XML-structure is shown in the XML-Source window by building a default schema (xsd) automatically. From out of this window one can select single elements/attributes of interest to a worksheet by drag & drop. But in the case of the file above, I can't access to the text-elements of <lev1 (= "L1_Text") or <lev2 (= "L2_Text"), only the text-element of <lev3 (= "L3_Text") is accessible. - Why? Is there a possibility to access to the upper node's text-elements nevertheless? Thanks, Uli. |
