Hiya, I have dates of birth in cols F,J, N, R, V, Z, AD, AH, AL & AP cells
2:2585 and I need to know if there are any duplicates in the colums,
excluding any blank cells.

use the EXACT function and compare the two cells. You'll see a TRUE where
they equal each other and a FALSE when they don't
