Default Password protection of worksheet when copied and pasted.

First, I use Excel 2000 version. What I have discovered is when I hide data
on a spreadsheet and passwork protect it before I forward to other parties,
once they get it and if they copy and past this spreadsheet into another
worksheet - all the protected data is un-protected. In otherwords, if they
know how the software works, they can figure out what I am protecting.

Appreciate any help here.

That's right. And worksheet passwords are easily cracked. Don't send data
you don't want people to see.
