Default CONVERSION OF PA STATE PLANE COORDINATE SYSTEM TO LATITUDE & LONGITUDE

Hi,

Does anyone have the formulas to convert PA Plane Coordinate System to
Latitude & Longitude.
I eventually want to make up a spread sheet that will convert many
points.

Thanks for your help.
