Default Mode Problem

I WAS WONDERING IF SOMEONE COULD HELP ME WITH MODE:

I HAVE A FUNCTION THAT TAKES THE MODE OF A LIST OF NUMBER. IF NONE OF
THE NUMBERS REPEAT, IT RETURNS \"N/A\" AND SCREWS UP MY WHOLE SHEET.
IS THERE ANY WAY AROUND THIS?

You don't say what you would like to return but I have assumed 0:

=IF(ISNA(MODE(A1:A20)),0,MODE(A1:A20))

Hope this helps
