in excel only the cell size will not accept the decimal point. you can incert
the decimal but it will revert to no decimal. Also the decimal/del key on the key pad prints a zero rather than a decimal. Only when you open the cell will the decimal /del key print a decimal,close the cell it will print a zero again. |

Your cells are most likely formatted as numbers, no decimal figures. Select the cell, right click, click on format cells, and change the number format to numbers, 2 decimal points, and you will see your decimal fractions -- ve_2nd_at.
