Default PDF file into EXCEL

How do I split the info. from one cell into other cells? ie:
If one cell contains:
467 287-611-X35 Stone Bear Microfibre Trousers (PRE-NEW 9-12) £6.99 £3.49 *

and I want it to look like:

467 1 cell
287-611-x35 another cell
etc...
I have a full page of info. to sort into cells,
CAN ANYONE HELP?????

Are all the fields the same width?

In other words, would the first cell always be three columns, the
second cell always be 11 numbers?

If so, go Data -- Text to Columns and select Fixed Width

Put a break in columns 4 and 16, etc..
