pivot table
Hello
Can the data area in a pivot table just be a list of data, not a sum or count etc - if so how can i instruct the table to show the data. list of data eg XX AB 42 TOP RAR Cheers |

Pivot tables are designed primarily for aggregating (consolidataing by sum or
average or...) data. The closest you will get is to toss one of the dimensions (data items) in the data area (count, sum or whatever) and then hide the data area. It is a little cheese but it works. -- HTH...
