Default Excel Grouping

I have a set of data that looks like this:

Post Proj1 ProjMgr1
Post Proj2 ProjMgr2
Post Proj3 ProjMgr3
Pre Proj4 ProjMgr4
Pre Proj5 ProjMgr4

I need it to look like this:

Post
Proj1 ProjMgr1
Proj2 ProjMgr2
Proj3 ProjMgr3

Pre
Proj4 ProjMgr4
Proj5 ProjMgr5

Is this possible in Excel?

Thanks,

mpj
