Default Is it possible to have multiple splits in one worksheet?

I am compiling a worksheet that tracks weekly progress on a monthly basis.I
would like to be able to have each week on one page and have a split after
each week so that the user can scroll through each week seperately on the
same page if that makes any sense.I did try the split option but i need it to
just show one particular week per split and not the whole page.I also need to
have different data per week and with the split option it links data
basically showing the same page in both halfs.

Could you do this buy outlining the worksheet?

What do you mean by "outlining the worksheet?"
