Default Counting the number of rows

Hi... is there any way I can determine the number of rows used using
formula instead of macro?...

The number of rows would constantly be increasing...

You can count how many cells in a column contain numbers using =COUNT(A:A),
and how many cells contain anything using =COUNTA(A:A)
