![]() JDellenger This can perhaps only be realised through using VBA. In your example, if the quantity against an item is 3, then you might want to insert (3 - 1) rows just under the row for this item. Then in a column perhaps next to the quantity column you might want to print "Box 1 of 3" in the first row of this item, "Box 2 of 3" in the second row of this item and "Box 3 of 3" in the third row of this item. I don't know whether you want to go down this path but this in my opinion is one of the options that may be available to you!
