Default I need a formula to calculate shift differentials in excel

I'm trying to write a formula that will break down the number of hours worked
in a given time period according to the differential paid for that period.
I.E.
Any hours worked between 06:00 and 18:00 No Differential
Any hours worked between 18:00 and 22:00 Five Percent Differential paid
Any hours worked between 22:00 and 06:00 Ten Percent differential paid.
Shifts start on the hour, the quarter hour, the half hour and the three
quarters hours. Shifts are 8hours and 10hours in length. Business runs 24hrs
so formula will have to allow for shifts that start before midnight and end
after midnight, and some ****s will encompas all three areas. Any help would
be appreciated.
