Default I want to use if based on two cells (if... and)

cell1 =0
cell2 = "subject"

If cell1= 0 and cell2="sub1" then use a lookup table else answer=25

=if(and(cell1=0,cell2="sub1"), lookup,25)

=IF(AND(C1=0,C2="sub1"),lookup_formula,25)
