Default I cannot see my worksheet I think I restricted it somehow

I was working in Excel and somehow I restricted my document. I can print it
and see it in preview but not in normal view.

Please help.

Press Alt+F11 to open the VBA editor

One the left side, Click on your Sheet name, then look at the lower
left. The Sheet will show Properties, Visible: and select -1 Visible.
If it is hidden it will either be marked as 0 hidden or 2 veryhidden

Try
Window|Arrange|Tiled
And resize to what you want.
