Default Can you Link 3 cells into 1 in Excel 2003

I need to be able to link 3 cells one containing a country, one with the year
and one with price in to 1 cell is there any way of linking them so that as I
move down the sheet the price changes cell.

Assuming you are selecting the cell for the formula as A1 then try
=$B$1&$C$1&D1

Thank you this works but how can I get the formatting in the price cell
ie(D1) to stay the same, also how do you make spaces in the information.
