Default Autofill/Reference Confusion

Hi all

I have 5 seperate worksheets with multiple data entered(namely Bike Ride etc
in Excise type).

What I am looking at doing is creating a summary sheet as per below, however
I am unsure how to autofill/reference more than 2 roes, as per table below.

Thanks for any assistance.
