Default lookup

Not sure what to use, have a worksheet with 300 products with description and
pricing, need to enter a product number into an invoice and pull the
desciption and pricing from the worksheet to the invoice worksheet. would
appreciate any info.

Sure sounds like a job for Vlookup if you ask me.

Check out the Excel pages on my website, where you will find a short
tutorial on using the Vlookup function.
