Default Finding a match in several columns

Hi,

I have 4 columns in my excel sheet. Some of the cells (content) appear
in all columns and some don't.
I would like to have a formula which finds the cells that appear in all
4 columns and would write them in a different column.

Is there such a formula?

Thank you,
Keren
