Default Create A Button and Assign A Macro To It

I am using Excel 2003. Is there a way to create a button and assign a
macro to it ?

I usually use a SHAPE from the forms menu. In fact, I have a rectangle
on my custom toolbar

or
insertpictureautoshapespick one
or use a .jpg with a picture of you or whatever
