Default time window calculation

I goofed up my question. You are right the data is in column A. The intermediate formula I am trying to eliminate "mod(a1),1" is in Column M.

I presume you do understand that you simply use my suggestions, but
substitute A:A, A1 and A1:A250 where I wrote M:M, M1 and M1:M250.
