Lookup and match multiple columns
Hi
I am a Novice in excel and would like some help when I'm analysing my google data. A bit of background first. I check google adwords search term data with overlapping date ranges so that I make sure I get ALL data in an ongoing weekly review. I have columns of Campaign, Adgroup & Search term. When trying to minimise duplicates I use the Vlookup function in my latest sheet to lookup the search term column in a master sheet that has accumelated over time. My problem is that in just looking up the search term, and removing any duplicates, I am missing the same search term that could fall in different campaigns/adgroups, therefore missing data and loosing money! So, Is there a way of having a formula that i can run as a fouth column Campaign, Adgroup, Search term, formula. That will look at the data accross Campaign, adgroup and Search term and match it to the same columns in a master sheet of campaign, adgroup and search term. Therefore having an exact duplicate that I can leave out. Your help will be most appreciated. Bobby |
