Assumptions...
Employee:
Week - A1:A12
Score - B1:B12

Table:
Score - G1:G15
Percentage - H1:H15

Formula for lookup -
=VLOOKUP(SUM($B$2:$B$12),$G:$H,2,FALSE)

12 80%
11 60%

I have tried using a sum to add the ones, and then a VLOOKUP, but it doesn't
work!! HELP!
