Hello,
I am preparing a scoring sheet of multiple RAG (red, amber, green) categories which will be filled in for multiple team members on a weekly basis. Not all team members will have their row completed each week, and not all categories will be filled in for a member when they are scored. I want to have a summary sheet which looks across all the other sheets and pulls back the most recently entered category value "R", "A" or "G". If no category value has ever been entered for that member then return a blank. Help much appreciated Cormac |

Am I right in thinking that to find the most recent entry, each entry needs a time stamp?? That in itself is not a problem, and can easily be hidden, but if this IS the starting point it will help determine the best solution. Educo |
