Default Multiple IF's with an OR

Cell DQ contains a formula that pulls in the status of the item.

Here is my existing formula so far:
=IF(O2<=N2,IF(DQ2="Text1",IF(L20,"Yes","No"),""), "")

What I need is for the formula to be edited os that if DQ2=Text1 OR Text2
but I don't know how to do that in Excel 2003.

Thanks.
