Default Arrows move worksheet rather than cell selection, how fix?

Normally, I push arrows and selected cell highlight moves one space left,
right, up or down. All of a sudden, cell selection can only be down by mouse
and when I push arrows the cell selection remains constant and instead the
worksheet moves on the screen. Also, when I hit enter, it no longer drops to
next cell position. Help!!!

You've accidently hit the Scroll Lock key. Just press it again. It's
usually just above the Home key

Thank you very much!! I am a 20 year user of excel and never saw this one
before. One last funny similar thing not fixed by scroll lock is when I hit
the enter key, it logs accepts the new dat for the cell but does not advance
to next cell (normally goes down one cell). Any quick fix on this mystery?
Thanks again. Lee German

ToolsOptionsEdit. "Move selection after enter"

Make sure it is checked and direction is chosen.
