=SUMPRODUCT(--(1:1=D14),--(1:1<=E14),6:6) whe *row 1 contains date headers *row 6 contains column totals *D14 is the start date *E14 is the end date To do an entire year, specify 1-Jan-05 and 31-Dec-05.
