Default How do I calculate the 3 sigma of a number?

The number I'm working with is 1.67E6, and I need the 1st and 3rd sigma points.

Default How do I calculate the 3 sigma of a number?

A single number doesn't have a sigma value. Sigma is the standard deviation
of a group of numbers; look up the STDEV function in Excel help.
