Default Increase PF Usage

You haven't mentioned how much physical RAM you now have in the computer.
Simply adding RAM is one of the quickest (and usually least expensive) ways
of physically altering the computer and get better performance out of it.

Ms-Exl-Learner has given you a good list of things to think about to improve
performance. As far as Page File size, I'd let Windows manage it although
looking to see what it's set for is just fine for the curious. All versions
of Windows since XP have done a very good job of managing the virtual memory
and even of managing the TCP/IP input buffer size (which is not of concern in
this case, just thought I'd mention it).

Hi

Is it possible to increase PF Usage or Physical Memory to have a program, in
my case EXCEL, run faster.

When running a big EXCEL file, say 28MB, the file takes ages to update. When
running an EXCEL update my system usage is 63% CPU Memory and 685MB PF Usage.
