![]() I figured this out too :-) All I have to do is copy the Titles from one Workbook, then in the Workbook 2, make sure I highlight the exact amount of rows and click on Paste Special and in the lower right corner click Paste Link. Works perfect! NothingButRomance Wrote: Hello, I finally figured out my previous problem of not knowing what program to use for my database project, but now I'm having a little bit of a problem....well, not really a problem, just that I was hoping to do the following step in one move and not one by one. I am trying to copy and paste Series Book Titles from one workbook to another. The one that I'm taking them from has no formating, but the one that I'm pasting them to has several rows merged. When I copy from Workbook 1 and paste to Workbook 2, it "undoes" the merge and makes a bunch of little squares with the title copied into each one of them. Is there a way to have this not happen? Right now, I'm going one by one and copying and pasting and it works fine, but I have over 2500 titles and this is just one very small part of my project which I need to complete asap. Are there settings that I need to change, or a Paste Special that will make it work? Thanks for any help you can offer! Lalla -- NothingButRomance |
