Without manually changing each entry how do I change a column of positive
numbers to negative numbers.

Thanks in advance

Enter -1 into some cell, and copy it. Select the column or range of cells
to be changed, right-click, and click Paste Special Multiply OK. You can
now delete the -1.

Default Excel

Put -1 in a space cell
Copy
Select your column of numbers
Edit/ Paste Special/ Multiply (or Divide)
Now you can delete the -1 from the spare cell.
