How might I carryover/copy additional information into the newly created row
that includes the subtotal and name of the subtotal? For instance, the product number (Column A) is what is grouped to determine the subtotal of the Sales for that product group (Column C) but I want to include the item description which is in Column B of the rows above. I have 35,000 rows of data being subtotaled and want to avoid cutting and pasting this information. Then, I plan to sort the subtotal data from highest to lowest and would like to have the description in the printout of the subtotals (with the details hidden). -- Many thanks - BD |
