Default HOW CAN I USE "MODE" ON WORDS (NAMES OF PEOPLE)?

Tom
Sue
Sue
Bob
Sue

Array entered** :

=INDEX(A1:A5,MODE(MATCH(A1:A5,A1:A5,0)))

** array formulas need to be entered using the key combination of
CTRL,SHIFT,ENTER (not just ENTER). Hold down both the CTRL key and the SHIFT
key then hit ENTER.

Result = Sue
